Who we are
This website, tegnol.agency, is run by Tegnol Agency, a design and development studio. If you have any question about your data, email talha@tegnol.agency.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the forms on this site:
- Free design requests: your email address, what you need, your budget and any details you add.
- Project briefs: your name, email and the company, project and contact details you choose to give.
- Managed website enquiries: your name, business name, work email, country, business type and anything you add about your business, plus the campaign tags in the link you followed to reach the page (for example utm_source).
With each form we also store your browser’s user agent, to help us spot spam.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We process it because you asked us to contact you about a project, and because replying to business enquiries is in our legitimate interest.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the forms.
- Neon stores form submissions in a database.
- Resend and Google Workspace deliver form notifications to our inbox.
- Cal.com handles call bookings if you choose to book one.
Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. They process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.
Cookies and analytics
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you allow. Nothing that tracks you is stored until you choose, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookies link at the bottom of every page.
- Essential: your cookie choice, saved in your browser, and a short-lived note that lets our thank-you page know a form was just sent. Always on, and never shared.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the device and browser, and roughly which country and website a visit comes from. Google stores this in cookies such as _ga. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you.
- Advertising (Google Ads and the Meta pixel): whether a visit came from one of our ads and whether it led to an enquiry, so we can see which ads work, and so we can show our ads to people who visited before. Google and Meta store this in cookies such as _gcl_au and _fbp. If you send an enquiry after accepting, we may tell Meta that a lead came from its ad using a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address.
If you do not accept, Google may still receive basic signals without cookies (for example that a page was viewed), which it uses only in aggregate. Embedded booking and review widgets may set their own cookies when they load.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply to you and keep proper business records. Ask us at any time and we will delete your details unless we have to keep them by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing talha@tegnol.agency. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority: the ICO in the UK, your national authority in the EU, or the OAIC in Australia.
